Monthly Contracts and Short-Term Space Rentals

Rental Rates (monthly contracts)

  • RV spaces are $400 per month.
  • $50 per space in the storage yard for extra vehicles boats or toys.

Included:

  • Water
  • Sewer

Electric is billed separately and serves 50/30 amp. 

Deposits:

  • Electric deposit required for spaces 10-40
  • Clean up deposit required for all spaces

Short term rental rates( call for availability)

  • $100 minimum for up to 3 nights
  • $175 to $225 for 7 nights
  • All services included.
